The gems and I skyped Mrs Smoke and read to her. Some gems expanded their ideas book with her and the other half read to her.   We also read to her kids and I read Rascal Goes Fishing. I was first to read to them, I was scared!

ROAR ART

Yesterday we had roar art come in. We were making a face and the peosen gove us two colarjes. We put them any wear then we glood them down. Then we drouw the eyes and mouth. Next we made litle secshens of were  we pant. Last we panted. It was so fun!

DIAMANTE POEM

Today I learnt what a Diamant poem is. A Diamante poem is a piece of writing that has a Title, two adjectives, three ing words, four describing words, three ing words, two adjictiv words and a Title. This is an example:
                                                                                               Boys
                                                                                            cool fast
                                                                                 playing joking hurting
                                                                         rough friendly teaches funny
                                                                             giggling chatting fussing
                                                                                        smelly mean
                                                                                               Girls
